TTsitsikamma Backpackers is a four star backpackers situated in Storms River Village along the scenic Garden Route. We are a clean, neat and relaxing backpackers lodge in Storms River Village. We pride ourselves as the Storms river backpackers with the friendliest staff, clean and spacious rooms and the best “potjiekos” in town! If you are looking for backpackers accommodation in the garden route this is a perfect stopover! We have a range of accommodation from double En-suite rooms, twin rooms, shared female / male dorm rooms and tented units placed on decks in our indigenous garden. This all at an affordable rate and group bookings welcome. Please note we are a relaxed and tranquil backpackers, NOT a party vibe. We have a self-catering kitchen, wash up area, lounge with DSTV, dining room and a bar / entertainment area that has a pool table and fooze ball table. Our bar is fully licensed so no private alcohol is allowed. Meals are provided on request and we do have a laundry service. Meals are provided on request and we do have a laundry service. Wi-Fi for those just wanting to relax we are on a 1-acre property with plenty of indigenous trees and relaxing spots to sit back and unwind! Tsitsikamma Backpackers is situated in the quaint little village called Storms River Village. On site we offer the super addictive Tsitsikamma Segway tours, we have a range of 1 & 2 hour guided tours. If you stay with us and book the Segway tours you get a 10% discount. This quaint little village has a very unique and beautiful feel to it. We have a supermarket, coffee shop, Tsitsikamma Canopy tour and adventure centre, Village Inn and Oude Martha restaurant as well as the Marilyn’s Diner restaurant in the main road of the village. There is also the Tsitsikamma Mountain Spa with the Rafters Restaurant, gallery and bistro all within a 1km walk from the backpackers. In the area we have the Tsitsikamma National Park with the Storms river mouth, Tsitsikamma Zipline Bloukrans Bungy, snorkelling and kayaking with Untouched Adventures. There is 1 small ATM in town at the supermarket but rather draw cash beforehand if you need to, most activities accept card payment as well. Our backpackers accepts credit card payments. The supermarket is small with limited variety but is open every day from 08:00 till 17:00. Our nearest petrol station is the Tsitsikamma Petro Port which is 5km from the village.
