AA new custom-designed Conference Venue to act as a foil to the accolade AnnVilla Guest House situated in Irenepark, Klerksdorp. Targeting the upmarket business clientele of AnnVilla, the design ties in with the architectural style of AnnVilla and offers versatility in catering for very small groups up to 120 persons maximum. AnnVilla now offers three venues to choose from including a breakaway Lounge which can be converted into an intimate boardroom as well. The adjacent Cattle Bar is discreetly lockable, but offers a great opportunity for cosy cocktail hours that can spill into convenient dinners being served in Conference 2 seating up to 80 pax at tables or in the dining area of the Main House opposite Reception. The porte-cochere at the entrance to this venue is valuable as a covered access point. The same excellent finished with classic modern touches of AnnVilla echoes throughout this venue. Huge solid double entry-doors add to the feel of spaciousness with a four-meter ceiling with bulk heads enclosing strip lights on both sides of it to create beautiful shadow lines. A wide range of lighting in appropriate places with separate controls provide good lighting choices. A spacious well-planned area with a focal wall as an integrated screen for the ceiling-mounted date projector included. Technical equipment housed in a separate area. New full length lined bock-out curtains with attractive tie-backs create luxurious décor mixed with antique furniture pieces. Integrated sound system with fixed speakers and other standard equipment contribute to an enjoyable conference experience. Quality plexi-glass podium with scroll work included if required. An adjacent private serving area with ingress and egress directional signage makes serving of refreshments easy. New imported slim line desks for configuration of choice with good chairs which can be dressed up or left as is. Two separate car entrances in 33 Latham Road leads to ample parking which forms part of the enlarged property of AnnVilla stretching from Pixie Street the length of the block to Latham Street. More than adequate refreshment rooms with excellent lighting over gilt-framed mirrors and vanities strategically placed inside the venue. Housekeeping and catering choices can be personalised according to budget for each client, e.g. Sundowner, Braai, Finger lunch Menu's or conferencing packages available.
