GGood morning Cape Town! In episode 12 we experience the iconic 260 million year old Table Mountain in more ways than one. What better way to unwind and recharge than to partake in a sunrise yoga class at the summit, overlooking Cape Town and Lion's head? (It's fair to say Saunders and Maya need a little more practice!) Namaste. Then we get our pulses racing and step off the top of the mountain, 1,000 metres above sea level to abseil down the sheer cliff to the bottom. All in a day's work - Phew!
