All South African airports are fully equipped to ensure the safety of all travellers entering and leaving the country, and strictly adhere to COVID-19 health and safety protocols. There are screening stations at all points of entry, visible sanitising stations, and agents offering passenger sanitisation.
Travellers are encouraged to abide by all health and safety protocols, including sanitising of hands, wearing of masks and social distancing.
It is recommended that all travellers download the COVID-Alert APP (COVID Alert SA) so that they are able to monitor and minimise their risk of exposure to the COVID-19 virus while visiting South Africa.
