SStretching across two of South Africa’s provinces – Gauteng and North West – this mountain range offers visitors an opportunity to explore nature and experience the great outdoors. There are waterfalls, cliffs, ravines and lots of activities in the Magaliesberg. Enjoy a thrilling adventure in the Magaliesberg Mountains – also the world’s second oldest mountain range – as you glide above the tree canopy on a zip line. Set in the Ysterhout Kloof, in the belly of the stupendous Magaliesberg Mountain range, the canopy tour’s platforms are built against the cliffs and rocks of the Kloof with incredible views; you may even spot a few birds and baboons. The canopy tour is a two-and-a-half-hour exhilarating experience. The guides who accompany you will give you a safety brief as well as some interesting facts about the area as the tour progresses. Sliding from platform to platform will surely stir up your hunger. After the tour, lunch and refreshments are served at the restaurant. This activity is bound to get your delegates excited and willing to face some fears.
