RRiverview Spa sits along the Crocodile river in a peaceful valley close to the Zwartkop mountain range. The philosophy of this spa is simple: to combine a range of healing therapies with the benefits of getting back to nature.

Riverview Spa is a peaceful oasis surrounded by a pristine landscape and a wealth of bird life.

Situated just an hour or so from Pretoria and Johannesburg, this spa is easily accessible for day visitors searching for a bit of 'me time'. The wellness facility makes full use of its natural surroundings in the Kromdraai Conservancy and is surrounded by the Zwartkop mountains, bordering the Crocodile river.

Riverview Spa Bed & Breakfast, as the name suggests, also offers accommodation in chalets, as well as pampering treatments at the spa. Choose from half-day, full-day or overnight packages.

Visitors are spoilt for choice when it comes to full-day packages. The Perfect Pleasures package offers a facial, full-body and Indian head and neck massages, as well as a steam body wrap.

The Joys of Life is Riverview Spa's signature top-to-toe package and includes breakfast and lunch, along with a facial, body polish, de-stress aroma full-body massage, Indian head, neck and shoulder massage and a pampering hand treatment

The spa, in the Cradle of Humankind, also has an option for couples. The Romantic Day Ritual includes full-body massages, Indian neck massages and a lesson on how to use massage to de-stress your partner. This package includes a picnic along the river.

Riverview Spa also caters for pregnant ladies and has a special package deal for men in need of a bit of TLC.

This spa is a perfect place to relax in a scenic setting that is steeped in history, myth and legend.
