Overview
IIf you have come to the berg to let your hair down, or relax, we will make sure you get to do just that. We have half an acre of secure garden in which to suntan, play croquet, badminton, cricket, table tennis, or unwind on the patio with a book and something cold, listening to the birds and taking in an awesome sunset over the magnificent Hodgson’s peaks. Take a slow drive to see our award winning museum (which was a fort), or to an animal farm with a curio shop where you can stop for lunch, and then onto the cheese farm, 1km further on. Have a picnic at the Himeville nature reserve, Kenmo lake, Cobham or Bushman’s Nek.
Now to really let your hair down, what about river tubing (we have tubes), hiking, fishing (bass or trout), horse riding, quad bikes and 4x4 tours up Sani Pass (passport essential), bowls, tennis, squash, golf, or paintball (all within 10 km) of us, then snuggle into bed, and in the morning, wake up to a full English breakfast.
