Overview

MMelkboomsdrift Guesthouse is located in a restored farmhouse on a working wine farm. The historic building (c1820) which houses the beautifully restored suites, achieved monument status in 1992 when the owner lovingly began the laborious task of restoration on the then run down and dilapidated building.

Today the guesthouse proudly boasts nine fully serviced double en-suite rooms and four self-catering units for those who prefer it.  There are a total of 11 en-suite garden suites and 2 self-catering suites, each with a unique name, to choose from. The units are able to accommodate from 1 to 7 people. Outstanding conference facilities are able to accommodate up to 20 delegates in air conditioned luxury with all necessary equipment available on request. Click here for more information on our conference facilities.

Quaint rooms have private entrances and bar fridges. Delicious farm breakfasts, with dinner and picnic baskets on request. Self-catering option. Relax at the pool overlooking the river and vineyards. Cruise up-river for birding or the seasonal wild flowers. Credit cards. Children welcome.
