Kapama River Lodge

TThe northern Drakensberg mountain range provides a majestic backdrop to the largest private game lodge in the Greater Kruger National Park region. is situated within Kapama Game Reserve, and presents the perfect blend between luxurious accommodation and with 44 bedrooms, generous bed capacity.

Each of the spacious rooms features a full en-suite bathroom and enjoys uninterrupted views of this game rich reserve. The central guest entertainment areas include a tiered swimming pool, lounge, curio shop and boma. Meals are of a buffet style and offer a variety of pan African dishes.

The lodge has been created mindful of the need to accommodate large, private game lodge incentive groups, and provides numerous incentive activities including ‘the Amazing Race’, hot air ballooning and team building activities.

On the third of October launched the new multi functional ‘Siyadla Venue’, possibly the largest of its kind at any private game game lodge, the venue was created to accommodate a broad range of activities and fucntions which could include weddings, product launches and obvioulsy also conferencing. The facility can accommodate up to 160 delegates in class room style seating and up to 300 in cinema style seating. The main area is flanked by a lounge and bar on one side and a fully equipped buffet section on the other. In addition numerous outside seating areas surround the venue and are ideal for break away sessions. The design of the venue has also considered the possiblilty of car launches and to this end access to the venue is made possible through large doors which also make the venue easy to access by service providers. To complete the list of features, ‘state of the art’ multi media facilities have also been included in the venue.
