TThe Elephant Lake Hotel is located on the shores of the St Lucia Estuary. The hotel’s viewing deck is known for the wonderful sunset views and cold cocktails whilst at night the deck becomes the viewpoint from where hippos could be viewed as they make their way into the open park areas within the town to graze. The Hotel boasts 56 comfortable rooms, all en-suite, air-conditioned and with a private balcony or patio. Rooms are equipped with amenities such as 9 Channel DSTV, tea/coffee making facilities, wall safes, hair dryers etc.
The large pool provide much needed cooling from the warm sun whilst the restaurant (with free WIFI) provides service over all meal times. Resident guest may enjoy activities on offer through Elephant Lake Safaris, concession holder for St Lucia Estuary Boat Cruises, iSimangaliso Wetland Park day and night game drives and iMfolozi / Hluhluwe Game reserve BIG 5 game drives.
