The Lodge is in close proximity to Pretoria city centre, major popular shopping centres like Hatfield, Brooklyn, -Menlyn, Loftus rugby/soccer stadium, CSIR, University of Pretoria, Hospitals and NI/N4 Freeways.
We are within walking distance to most Embassies, and close proximity to restaurants, shopping and entertainment centres. Our Lodge creates the feeling of being out in the country although easily accessible (only 3 minutes) to all major highways and only 52 km from the Johannesburg International Airport. The Lodge is situated in the well-known Colbyn area, adjacent to the parliament buildings and one of the oldest areas and also regarded as one of the safest areas in the city of Pretoria.
Accommodation
Feel at home and relaxed in our spacious private en-suite apartments, accessible through a tropical garden enriched with various kinds of bird species. The air-conditioned suites are decorated with African / Indonesian country / cottage furniture with TV, M-net, mini-bar, Telephone, e-mail, Internet and most totally equipped for self-catering facilities.
Services offered
We offer a total service with tourist information, shuttle and touring arrangements, washing and meals. Our meals consist of full English / Continental breakfast and a wholesome variety of traditional African meals on request.
Venue centre facility
We are fully equipped to host a venue for small groups up to 18 persons and network with other venues for groups more than 20, whereby we plan, organise and manage a full venue.
Airport shuttle and touring services
A shuttle service is available or can be arranged to and from Johannesburg International (OR Tambo) or any airport located nearby and is charged at a reasonable average cost.
We also arrange daily trips or tours to different parts of the country, like Pilansberg, Sun City, Soweto and the world famous Kruger National Park, Maputo, Swaziland. Other interesting day trips could include museums, the botanical garden or other places of interest like Gold Reef City and Cullinan village/diamond mining.
