Overview

CCasa di Cattleya Guest House is the Winner of the Lilizela Provincial Award 2018 for Service Excellence, Booking.com Guest Review  Awards 2018 with 9.5 out of 10 score and TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence 2018. It is managed and solely run by the Italian owner Maree  Mc Creadie. Nestled in the serene and beautiful nature conservancy of Zinkwazi beach, Nkwazi, the best kept secret along the north coast of Kwazulu Natal, we recognize the busy and stressful lifestyle led by couples, singles and parents and we continually strive to provide a Stress Free Environment for our guests. To this extent our upmarket establishment caters for only 15 years and older.  We offer welcoming  Italian hospitality, excellent service and guarantee a peaceful getaway. Breakfast is included in the room rate and consists of a continental breakfast including unusual hot breakfasts all prepared fresh in house, daily by the host. Dinners are offered as an optional extra and guests can enjoy a 3 course meal of Italian cuisine. Wake up in the morning to a delicious Cappuccino or Espresso, as well as breakfast which may be enjoyed on "The Deck" which offers a 180 degree panoramic view of the warm Indian Ocean. Our vast beach is unspoiled, endless, boosts a 7km lagoon which is a wonderful attraction for the water sports enthusiasts and the area is a haven for the avid bird watcher. All our rooms are en suite,  have ample cupboard space, air conditioners, hair dryers, hair straighteners, umbrellas, international plugs, electronic safes, luxurious bath amenities, gowns, TV and DVD players. We do not offer DSTV in the bedrooms but rather chose to offer our guests the viewing pleasure of DVD's dating as far back as 1924. Linen on the beds is 100% cotton percale which ensures that the guests enjoy their slumber time. The bedrooms are tastefully decorated and exude the feeling of luxury. The dining room seats 12 at table and guests may take their meals in true conversational Continental style. A shared TV lounge or formal lounge offers guests a space to watch DSTV or simply relax.  'The Terrace' garden at the rear of the property has seating where you are able to view the many birds who bathe in the water feature or simply quietly relax. 'The Breeze Way'  where one can enjoy drinks offers a constant cool ocean breeze running through it. The property offers high tech security and is enclosed throughout offering free parking. Guests are supplied with swimming towels, beach towels, beach chairs, loungers and beach umbrellas.  We offer an out sourced phenomenal massage service, which may be booked through us. If you are looking for a real stress free, peaceful getaway, Casa di Cattleya is the place to be. COME STAY AND EXPERIENCE LA DOLCE VITA!
