As you enter the property via a central corridor you pass the air-conditioned double bedroom on one side and single bedroom plus shared bathroom on the other. The entertaining heart of the property is open plan with six seater dining area, comfortable living space, fireplace and fully fitted kitchen that all overlook the private enclosed fountain court-yard. A staircase takes you to the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and opens out onto its own private terrace with Jacuzzi.
An addition in September-October is a roof top deck that is accessed via the master bedroom dressing room area. Spiral stairs lead you to this great roof decks with 360 degree views of Table Mountain, Signal Hill and the city.
