AA great house for families or friends this traditional large property in appearance from the outside is modern and stylish from within.
The bedrooms are all located on the ground floor. The air-conditioned Master bedroom with en-suite free standing bath and shower and second bedroom both open out onto a garden with pond and great views of the Harbour and city. The second and third air-conditioned bedrooms share a shower bathroom. The third bedroom is a double compact room.
The first floor open plan air-conditioned living area with ornamental gas fireplace and modern kitchen has been designed to maximise the spectacular views with floor to ceiling glass windows. This area has a balcony that overlooks the harbour with steps leading to the large roof area. Here you can enjoy either the plunge pool or Jacuzzi and 360 degree views of Table Mountain and city.
