You Agree to These Terms by Using this Site

The usage, bookings, payments and all related activities by the user on www.shotleft.co.za are entirely between the user and the Tour Operator/Travel Agent and the related service providers. South African Tourism, its agent/s and/or its employee/s shall not be liable for, and the users/s hereby waive/s and abandon/s any claims of whatever nature including but not limited to that fraud, misrepresentation, injury, loss or damage of whatever nature, whether arising from the South African Tourisms default, negligence or otherwise as a result of the usage of www.shotleft.co.za. This disclaimer notice is valid and automatically considered as accepted by users of www.shotleft.co.za.

Ownership of Content

The Site and all of its contents including, but not limited to, all text and images ("Content") are owned and copyrighted by Tourism Grading Council of South Africa or others with all rights reserved unless otherwise noted. Any Content that is a trademark, logo, or service mark is also a registered and unregistered trademark of Tourism Grading Council of South Africa or others. Your use of any Content, except as provided in these Terms of Use, without the written permission of the Content owner is strictly prohibited. You are also advised that Tourism Grading Council of South Africa will aggressively enforce its intellectual property rights to the fullest extent of the law, including the seeking of criminal prosecution.

Your Use of the Site

Tourism Grading Council of South Africa grants you permission to use the Site as follows:

• you may not use images of people or places on the Site without Tourism Grading Council of South Africa written permission;
• you may not distribute, modify, copy (except as set forth above), transmit, display, reuse, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, sell or otherwise use Content without Tourism Grading Council of South Africa written permission;

Tourism Grading Council of South Africa will fully cooperate with any law enforcement authorities or any court order requesting or directing Tourism Grading Council of South Africa to disclose the identity of anyone posting or transmitting any such information or materials; and
• you are prohibited from using the Site to advertise or perform any commercial solicitation.

Any personal data (for example, your name, address, telephone number or e-mail address) you transmit to the Site by electronic mail or otherwise will only be used by Tourism Grading Council of South Africa for internal research purposes, unless you have explicitly stated that you would like to receive emails containing news, promotions and competitions.
