Overview
TThe Warehouse is an unusual loft home that was designed to look like a refurbished factory. Situated within a secure estate, the house is quirky, original and filled with wonderful mid-century furniture and retro collections. There is nothing else quite like it in the world! Set on the edge of the Cradle of Humankind, it offers breathtaking views to the North and North West, all the way to the Magaliesberg ridge. Sightings of Blesbuck, Springbuck and Ostrich on the adjacent farm can be enjoyed from the enormous wraparound veranda. The house offers luxury accommodation for 6, with three bedrooms, all with bathrooms en suite. The 10 metre pool offers welcome relief on hot highveld days, and there is even a punching bag and boxing gloves on one of the top balconies for corporare animals to work off the stress of a busy day. The kitchen is a chef’s dream, with every modern convenience to make cooking a delight. From a Kicthenaid mixer to an enormous gas stove and Nespresso machine...it’s all there waiting for culinary inspiration! Although The Warehouse only opened its doors in October 2015, it has attracted many visitors from all over the world - from Canada to England, the Netherlands, Sweden, Hong Kong... We are proud to say that our guests have all fallen in love with our special brand of luxury, and have promised to come back for more pampering. Perhaps it has something to do with our two Butler brothers, Modise and Donald Seganeno, who go the extra mile to make sure our guests have an unforgettable stay. Or could it be Tannie Hester’s special miniature koeksisters on the pillows, instead of the usual standard guesthouse chocolates? Whatever the case may be, we love running The Warehouse, and it shows in the rave reviews we get from our guests.
