The lodge is 26 years old and still nurtured by original entrepreneurs , Russell and Simone who are passionate ,altruistic advocates of conservation and leaders in the field of sustainable tourism as recognised by the Africa Responsible Tourism Awards 2016 through awarding Sani Lodge a prestigious Silver Award for Poverty Reduction.
