AA previous Provincial Lilizela Tourism Award winner. We are still at it, providing authentic experiences when it comes to white water paddling, climbing and Drakensberg hiking. In other words, RIVER, ROCK, and MOUNTAIN. The white water paddling would be kayaking and rafting. We started off only on the Tugela River, now it is the Bushmans River, Umkomaas River and Ash River. Climbing? Nothing artificial about it. You choose the route you want scale. You are in charge of the belay and you use nothing but real rubber on your feet, real chalk on those fingertips and all the proper hardware. All on real rock! And then of course the biggy, the Ukhahlamba Drakensberg. The hiking outings we offer is literally anywhere in the Drakensberg, whenever you want as well as how long you want. From half an hour in the Little Berg to the two-week long High Drakensberg Grand Traverse. And don't forget the very picturesque Cathedral Peak abseil, pretty cool! Apart from all the experiences provided Itchyfeet SA is also an African Paddling Association accredited river guide training provider. We're not finished. We've already mentioned that we are all about RIVER, ROCK and MOUNTAIN, right? Watch this space, BUSH will be added at the end of 2017. The aim is to bring together two of South Africa's greatest tourism experiences in one go; hiking the wilds of the High Drakensberg and experiencing the African bush the old fashioned way via a guided safari, thought Big 5 country of course. And how can we forget? Accommodation Itchyfeet SA also provide. A hidden away spot right in the middle of the KwaZulu-Natal Battlefields and world class mountain bike tracks.
