AAnnVilla Guest House now has a custom-designed Conference Venue. It acts as a foil to the exceptionally successful Guest House which has already won numerous awards. Mindful of creating a sustainable business,the owner has provided her target business clientele with this Conferencing facility. The neighbouring property was purchased and amalgamated with the existing Guest House to create a luxury Boutique estate.  It has been designed to tie-in with the architectural style and offers versatility in catering for very small to 120 pax. All aspects are meticulously researched - with great care taken to supply spacious and luxurious facilities. Owner Annemarie prefers to "over deliver" and continually seeks to improve the guest experience.  The property is ideally placed within proximity of the main highway. A stunning example of true service - with three conference facilities:

  • an intimate boardroom, Conference 1, for 30 people at tables, 52 in theatre style
  • Conference 2, for 70 people at tables, 100 theatre style and buffet facilities, sound system, a podium, with outside veranda onto Lemon Court
  • Adjacent lounge with the Cattle Bar
  • Wedding Chapel suitable for 2,5 dozen pax adjacent to Conference 2
  • Lemon Court next to Conference 2 with braai facilities available

  • A chef's kitchen allows for your dream menu to be realised according to your budget with exemplary plating, presentation and attention to detail.
    The creative touches add the final flourish to a distinctive event. Sundowner Menu; Braai Menu and Fingerlunch Menu apart from the conferencing packages. Items include: Mini roasted Mediterraneanquiches; Phyllo parcels with Brie and Cranberry; Bruschetta with toppings; coconut chickenstrips; a whole range of sweets served in glasses - melktert/choc mousse; orange and hazelnut torte. A variety of cheesecakes; amarula truffles; lamingtons; fudge; fruit skewers to name a few.
