OOur clients include guests with disabilities including wheelchair users (specifically and including MS, Cerebal Palsy and Spinal Cord Injuries), blind, deaf and deaf/blind guests. Our clients also includes learning disabilities and walking wounded clients. Itineraries are planned to suit specific needs and is priority that Universal access does not only mean for wheelchair users but must include for all across the board disabilities including for blind and blind/deaf guests. Our safaris and tours cater for all guests with disabilities with focus on Universal Accessibility. Kwazulu Natal is an hidden gem where we have a combination of beaches and safari that is not found anywhere else in the world. Our guests with vision challenges are able to enjoy diverse experiences such going into the sea Uhshakamarine World, a boatride in St Lucia, accessible wheelchair friendly open safari game drives at Hluhluwe Game Reserve, close wildlife interaction with cheetahs, birds, elephants, crocodile and snakes. Focus is on description, touch and smell. Orientation is given for all guests on arrival at accommodations. The Universal Access focus of our safaris also means all guests including who are deaf/blind all enjoy the diverse experiences with focus on access, touch and sound. One example - The fully accessible Crocodile and Snake Park in St Lucia is an highlight for guests as they are able to touch different exhibits such as elephant, crocodile and hippo, live baby crocodiles and well as touch the large wall map with design of the vastness of The Isimangaliso Wetland Park.
