South African Tourism extends a call to participate in international trade shows (GL)

SSouth African Tourism is extending a call for applications to the South African Tourism industry that wishes to participate at the below international shows. Please review carefully all the forms and only indicate your interest by completing an applicable form/s to the show/s you wish to attend.

Please ensure that you familiarise yourselves with the terms and conditions including the payment terms when signing and completing the application forms. Only applicants that have completed and signed the forms will be considered. Given uncertainties that were presented by the pandemic and also the emerging visa challenges, SA Tourism has to identify alternative ways of risk mitigation in order to ensure participation in spite of any prevailing situations, as such SA Tourism is proposing that all co-sharers identify an in-country representative to assist with onsite meetings and stand booth management in an event of unforeseen travel challenges. It is also advisable to investigate your travel and visa prior to signing the application forms in order to ensure that your relevant travel documents will be issued on time.

The international shows have increased their participation costs in line with their respective country inflations. South African Tourism has however kept the 2019 co-sharer participation rate to ensure subsidized participation for the industry. This means the organisation will incur majority of the costs as these platforms are part of the recovery strategy for the country.

The deadline for submission is Friday, 15^th July 2022.
