Driftsands Sea View Flats

Driftsands Sea View Flats are situated 50 m from the sea front in Uvongo. The complex has a sparkling communal swimming pool, 5 social braai areas and a play area for the children. It is completely fenced and access is through the motorized main gate. Each unit has a car port for one vehicle, and there are extra open parking bays on the sea side of the complex, behind a palisade fence and a motorized gate. Remotes are available from the office. The Sea View flats offer uninterrupted 180 degree sea views. Each flat is completely kitted out for 6 people – crockery, cutlery, glasses, pots and pans – and contains a microwave oven, a stove, a fridge and at least 1 colour TV. There are NO towels of any sort supplied. There are two bedrooms – one with two single beds and one with a double bed, and a sleeper couch in the living area. The bath rooms have either a bath with a shower in it, or a shower. The units are serviced daily except Sunday’s and public holidays. The two cottages – Garrick, the only 8 sleeper, and Shad, 4 sleeper – are situated in the grounds of the complex, above the communal swimming pool, and share a braai area. The Colin Street 6 sleepers are positioned at the top of the complex, and are all 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom units. Across the driveway are the 2 bachelor units – bedsitters perfect for 2 people – and a 4 sleeper – 1 bedroom - unit. Each unit is furnished according to the owner’s individual taste. Details of each unit are available on this web site, and includes a diagram and photos, Driftsands is a family sea holiday oriented resort, and as such guests are expected to respect their fellow holiday makers and keep noise levels down. No loud noise at any time, and no noise after 10pm.
