Waterford offers Self-Catering and B&B accommodation in the heart of the beautiful Constantia valley, the ideal base for business travellers, tourists and golfers. Relax in the peace and tranquility that is an integral part of the rural Constantia Valley. Waterford is set in a secure acre of indigenous garden with stunning mountain views. Enjoy country living while being close to all the amenities and tourist attractions the beautiful Cape has to offer. Surrounded by wine farms yet located just minutes from beaches, shopping malls, restaurants, gyms, golf courses, wine estates and medical centres. Just 20 minutes from Cape Town airport and 15 minutes from the V&A Waterfront and Table Mountain. Car hire and airport pick-up arranged on request. Each apartment offers a private patio with secure parking directly outside each unit, Full Satellite DSTV, DVD player, and WiFi ADSL internet access. A Large solar heated swimming pool with covered braai (BBQ) area and patio. Each Flat is serviced daily. Bed linen, bath and pool towels are supplied but guests must please provide their own beach towels. A safe, hairdryer, fan and wall heaters are provided. Laundry service available. Babysitting available. Initial grocery stock up service offered, guests pay as per till slip. Most major credit cards accepted. Option-1: Guinea Fowl Poolside, Self-Catering (Sleeps 2-4) “Guinea Fowl” is our larger garden flat (80m²) with spectacular mountain views from the patio and garden. It is sunny, spacious, and fully equipped for self-catering. It has a private patio and separate entrance, large open plan lounge with a real log fireplace for those cooler Cape evenings, kitchen and dining area, one bedroom with a queen size double bed and full bathroom with separate shower room. There are bunk beds in the open plan lounge which may be made into two single beds. Option-2: Padda Plek Self-Catering (Sleeps 2) Padda Plek is our smaller garden flat (30m²), it is comfortably furnished and fully equipped for self-catering. It has a private patio and entrance leading into an open plan lounge/kitchen. It has one bedroom with a queen size double bed and en suite bathroom. Option-3: Sunbird Suite Mountain View B&B (Sleeps 2) “Sunbird” is our Bed and Breakfast suite, it is sunny and spacious (35m²), perfect for business travelers, tourists, golfers, Honeymooners or a romantic getaway. It has a private patio and entrance leading into a spacious bedroom with queen size bed, dressing area and en suite bathroom. There is a fridge, microwave, toaster and tea/coffee facilities. A delicious cooked breakfast is included, usually served on the patio. Enjoy uninterrupted stunning mountain views while you dine.
