Sylvia Cottage

This free standing cottage is situated in a quiet residential area close to Kirstenbosch Gardens, UCT and Cavendish Square. The cottage has a lounge which leads to a lovely patio garden,dining room open plan to fully equipped kitchen and 2 en suite bedrooms. The garage has direct access to the cottage and there is a burglar alarm and good security.
