The Life Day Spa is situated in Fourways, in the north of busy Johannesburg. The spa forms part of the trendy Design Quarter District and is a calm sanctuary in the midst of restaurants, offices, retail outlets and coffee shops.
This Johannesburg Day Spa is set on a large 1500m2 property. Built around the concept of ‘touching the earth lightly' the spa was created using materials that depict the elements of nature. Thus, in the middle of your day, and in the middle of the city, your chosen spa experience could take you through any number of Life Day Spa's themed rooms - waterfalls, deserts, oceans and forests - where the themes are designed to evoke your senses and create a sense of calm. Water channels and coloured lighting techniques add to the overall escapist mood.
The spa boasts a number of features - including a health bar, Taste (which also caters for group bookings on request), hairdresser and permanent make-up. But the spa must-haves are all there too - the Rasul Chamber, heated spa pool, steam rooms, saunas and Swiss showers.
For those needing more than a facial, the spa offers non-surgical face and body lifting treatments from world-renowned systems including Endermologie and the Genie, known as a ‘personal trainer for the face and body'. And hair removal is a cinch with the spa's hair removal system, miniIPL. The MiniIPL (Intense Pulsed Light) uses light treatment technology that can be used to rejuvenate your skin or comfortably remove unwanted hair.
Keeping with its offer to ‘experience your senses' the packages include the aptly named Swift Escape, Pure Bliss, Daytime Delight and Ultimate Serenity.

You’ll find Life Day Spa in the popular Design Quarter Precinct situated on the corner of William Nicol Drive and Leslie Avenue in Fourways. If coming from the Highway (N1) take the William Nicol off-ramp. Directions and map on the website.
