Eastern Cape Incentives

The Eastern Cape is known for its spectacular biodiversity and is a Big 7 destination, which means you can view lion, leopard, rhino, elephant, buffalo as well as whales and great white sharks. There are thrilling adventures to be had and numerous malaria-free game reserves, ideal for Eastern Cape incentive tours.

Did you know?

The Addo Elephant National Park is home to the unique Addo flightless dung beetle. These creatures create large round balls of elephant dung and roll them away to be buried.

The Eastern Cape is the birthplace of Nelson Mandela and home to the Xhosa nation.
It is also home to the well-known Addo Elephant National Park and world-famous Shamwari Game Reserve - malaria-free adventure-packed destinations for Eastern Cape incentives and team-building. The Addo Elephant National Park is the only Big 7 game reserve in South Africa.

The province is known for its adventure tourism opportunities - visit Bloukrans and do the world's highest bungee jump, hike the Otter Trail (or Dolphin Trail for the less adventurous) or take a 4x4 into the spectacular Valley of Desolation. If you like to take things one step at a time book yourself on a hike along the rugged beaches of the Wild Coast.

If its city life you're after, enjoy the urban offerings in Nelson Mandela Bay and Port Elizabeth, rich in colonial buildings and superb Blue Flag beaches. You can take a township tour and visit the Red Location Museum. The East London Museum is known for its unique displays and historical highlights.

Further afield you'll find Grahamstown, home to Rhodes University. The student town is famous for its annual National Arts Festival in July. For those who love surfing, visit Jeffrey's Bay, one of the most popular world surfing destinations. The small seaside towns of Aston Bay and St Francis Bay, near Jeffrey's Bay, also offer great beaches and laid-back lifestyles.

For those seeking to combine an Eastern Cape incentive with a team building event or meeting, there are several game lodges well geared to cater to this request.

Regarded as a masterpiece of visionary art, the Owl House in Nieu Bathesda created by the reclusive Helen Martins, is a fascinating world of concrete sculptures, fantastic figures and mythical beasts set around a house decorated with luminous paint and multi-coloured panes of glass.
