Spa in the forest

Cybele Forest Lodge Spa

Cybele’s Forest Spa is situated in an indigenous forest where privacy and pampering are guaranteed. This well-appointed spa boasts a number of therapy rooms, a calming Zen garden, and an idyllic outdoor courtyard designed around your rest and relaxation. Treatments include a wide range of therapies and pamper packages.

Cybele Forest Lodge & Spa Chocolate-inspired treatments are on offer at Cybele

The Cybele Forest Lodge Spa is set on 300-acres of prime property in Mpumalanga (near Hazyview), and offers both day and overnight packages. Surrounded by turpentine trees, jacaranda trees, and African flame trees - the forest has inspired the spa and its numerous treatments and therapies. Here, the mantra is simple: ‘nature rules the day'.

If you're into health and wellness, The Forest Spa at Cybele is an absolute delight - expert body therapists are on hand to pamper guests in well-equipped treatment rooms smelling of all nature's gentle scents - neroli, lavender, vanilla...

Facilities include massage and beauty therapy rooms, two hydrotherapy baths, a steam room and spacious showers with multiple high-pressure jets.  The spa menu is rather lengthy and filled with all sorts of sensual delights including massages, wraps, hydrotherapy treatments and the usual facials and manicure/pedicure type offerings.

The signature packages are excellent and there is something for every whim at this Spa in Mpumalanga.  Expectant mums, honeymoon options and male grooming packages are all on offer. The spa uses the Algologie range of products, and a wide range of Clarins products - all inspired by natural herbs and plant extracts. Why not try out the various wraps including the Green Tea Body Wrap, The Red Grape Body wrap or the Mud Wrap. For something a little different, there's also the Chocolate Balneotherapy treatment - a chocolate mousse treatment aimed at relaxation and hydration. (Rumour has it that chocolate is said to be excellent for getting those endorphins going). The various Clarins signature treatments are also popular among the guests.

Complement this experience with a visit to the gymnasium. With state of the art equipment and the magnificent view over the gardens into the forest, you can be assured of finding your chi, your mojo and anything else you feel you may have lost.
