Lethabo Estate is the perfect venue for intimate strategy sessions, conferences and team building events. Owner Lise Essberger has created a venue that inspires. There are beautiful accommodations that borrow from nature, cobbled walkways and grazing horses. A comfy conference room, restaurant area and viewing deck overlook the gently flowing Crocodile River.

Did you know?

Lethabo has two team building venues. The largest is on the banks of the Crocodile River; the other is Die Izindala Farmouse with its expansive gardens.

The 4-star Lethabo Estate is set amid 150 acres of beautiful grasslands and majestic willow trees. Even though you're just 15 minutes' drive from Lanseria International Airport, you feel deeply immersed in nature - complete with colourful bird species.

You’ll be delighted at the unusual accommodation. Each lodge is individually decorated and tucked away in secluded spots with wrap-around views of the Magaliesberg mountains. Think stone and thatched cottages, ball and claw bathtubs, cobbled walkways, lanterns, wooden decks, chaise longues, outdoor jacuzzis, and hammocks. It’s a tranquil space where you can get down to business, and at the same time rejuvenate your soul and reconnect with your spirit.

Lethabo has 16 double rooms, and any overflow can be accommodated at nearby luxury establishments.

Lethabo team building activities include a unique fire dancing team building exercise (great fun and a wonderful de-stressor), and its 'Horse Play’ team building exercise. This is a rewarding guided experience with horses where you learn to connect and communicate with these intuitive creatures, while getting to understand team behaviour. Owing to its size, Lethabo Estate can offer almost any team building activity through outsourced suppliers.

At Lethabo’s award-winning Soul Khaya spa, delegates can enjoy a variety of relaxing spa treatments and meditations that heal and nurture. You may want to consider including an Indian head or shoulder massage for delegates at the conference venue.

Combine this with mouth-watering cuisine – there's whole honey-roasted chicken, wild Chilean salmon, or rare roast beef with crispy roast potatoes. There are also customised menus, and snacks served on the deck overlooking the river. Lethabo will tailor meals to suit your event and group requirements.

Late evenings there is a large dance floor where live or dance music can be enjoyed. Additional entertainment can also be arranged.

The beautifully decorated conference room can comfortably accommodate groups from 10 to 60 delegates in size. Lethabo conference packages include breakfast, flip charts, data projectors and a 3-metre screen.
