1Game Pass Shelter, Kamberg, Drakensberg, KwaZulu-Natal

This site forms part of the Kamberg San Rock Art Trail in the scenic Drakensberg mountain range. The trail includes an informative Interpretive Centre.

2Didima Gorge and Rock Art Interpretation Centre, Cathedral Peak, Drakensberg, KwaZulu-Natal

Impressive shelters here reveal varied rock art styles. The interpretation centre is dedicated to San art, particularly from this region.

3Main Caves, Giant's Castle, Drakensberg, KwaZulu-Natal

The caves contain one of the best-preserved San rock art sites, and have been converted into a museum.

4Bushmans Kloof, Pakhuis Pass, Clanwilliam, Western Cape

Situated in a privately-owned reserve, these 130 sites depict shamanic figures and dancing processions.

5Warmhoek Trail, Clanwilliam Living Landscape Project, Clanwilliam, Western Cape
