"Promotion of Access to Information Act Manual in accordance to required legislation giving effect to the constitutional right of access to any information held by South African Tourism, that is required for the exercise and protection of any rights. A requester must be given access to a record of a public body if the requester complies with the following :

• The requester complies with all the procedural requirements in the Act relating to the request for access to that record; and

• Access to that record is not refused on any ground of refusal mentioned in the Act.

• The requester must complete Form A, Annexure B, and submit it to South African Tourism’s Deputy Information Officer.
