Appeals Procedure |
Member Establishments should note that all assessments are checked and approved by Provincial Master Assessors following the formal assessment by an assessor as appointed by the TGCSA and may be reviewed as deemed fit by the Provincial Master Assessor before submission to the Awards Committee.
Should an Member Establishment not accept a grading that has been awarded to them, they have the right to appeal against the award by lodging an official dispute letter in writing to the Awards Committee who will then review the assessment in full.
A fee equivalent to the grading fee shall be payable to the TGCSA for reviewing the decision of the Provincial Master Assessor.
