Sweepstake Rules
No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win this Sweepstake. A purchase will not improve chances of winning. By entering this Promotion, entrants accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (or “Official Rules”). Winning a prize is contingent on fulfilling all requirements set forth in these Official Rules. All decisions of the Sponsor are final and binding in all respects.

Eligibility
To enter, you must be at least 18 years of age and a U.K. citizen or permanent legal resident. Contest is void where prohibited by law.
SAA employees and their immediate family members are not eligible. Immediate family includes only spouses, parents and children. SAA and SAT reserve the right to request the winner to provide proof of identity and proof of residency at the nominated prize delivery address. Identification considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of the promoters. SAA and SAT reserve the right to refuse to allow a winner to take part in any or all aspects of the prize, if it is determined that a winner is not in the mental or physical condition necessary to be able to safely participate in the prize. It is a condition of accepting the prize that the winner may be required to sign a legal release in a form determined by SAA and SAT in its absolute discretion. The winner must comply with and is responsible for attending to any inoculation and health regulations or visa requirements required to visit the destination named in the prize.
Rights
By entering the contest, entrants agree to submit their name, email address, confirm they are a UK citizen and confirm they are over 18 years old. This data will be used by SAA and SAT to administer the competition and contact the winner. It will not be distributed to any third parties by SAA or SAT. The entrant agrees to have their submitted name displayed on our website and used by SAA and SAT for any purpose, at any time, without any fee or other form of compensation. We reserve the right to disqualify users, without notice, and for any reason. SAA and SAT shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. In the event that for any reason whatsoever a winner does not take an element of the prize at the time stipulated by South African Tourism then that element of the prize will be forfeited by the winner and cash will not be awarded in lieu of that element of the prize.
Prize
One pair of round trip tickets (including all taxes and surcharges) from London Heathrow (LHR) to Johannesburg (JNB) for travel from 4th March 2013 to 8th December 2013. All travel must be completed by 8th December 2013, including the return flight to London Heathrow. Travel dates will be subject to flight availability at all times and must be booked at least 7 days before travel commences. Please note, travel over peak dates such as Half Term and Easter are likely to be unavailable. Tickets are valid in Economy class only and are not eligible for upgrades. Tickets must be issued at least 7 days before travel. Once tickets have been issued, bookings cannot be amended or transferred. Prize tickets must be booked together for travel on the same flights, dates and times. Prize tickets apply only for South African Airways flights originating from London Heathrow to Johannesburg. No other routes or airlines will apply. UK and SA domestic flights are not included in the prize. Tickets to be issued in the winner’s names only. Tickets are non-transferable at any time. Embargo restrictions may apply. The winner will be responsible for ensuring they have the correct travel documentation (passport, visa etc) and any travel vaccinations that may be required. The winner will be responsible for providing their own travel insurance. Full details on how the prize can be claimed will be sent to the winner upon notification.
Winner selection and notification
One (1) grand prize winner will be chosen and awarded the Prize. The potential Winner will be contacted through email between 8th March 2013 and 14th March 2013. Once the potential Winner is contacted by the Sponsor, he/she will have fourteen (14) days to respond and claim the prize. If the potential Winner does not respond within this time frame, or if the prize notification is returned as undeliverable, the prize will be forfeited and may be given to an alternate winner at the Sponsors’ discretion. All decisions of the Sponsor are final and binding in all respects. Sponsor is not required to review or respond to any correspondence received from an entrant regarding the Promotion. In the event that the potential Winner is disqualified for any reason, an alternate winner will be determined. If after two (2) attempts the Winner is not confirmed, the prize will remain un-awarded. Copy of ID will be requested prior to dispatch to verify participants age and citizenship.
