75 Loader Street

Overview
SStylishly furnished this contemporary property is situated at the quieter end of the village. 75 Loader is our "green property" and not just because the exterior paint is green! So what makes this property special? •All lights in the property are either Ultra Low Watt LED or CFL lights in lamps. •Hot water is generated by solar power. •Low flow showerheads; saving approx. 60 litres of water per average shower. •Dual flush toilets; can save 20% water. •Inverter system air-conditioners; uses between 30-50% less electricity. •Like our other properties; if you are prepared to use towels again then please hang them up. If you want fresh then leave on the floor. This helps to reduce the quantity of chemicals we use to clean. Here's more information about the layout of the property: The spacious ground floor living room with grey leather sofas has under-floor heating extends through to the fully fitted stylish kitchen and dining area. In warmer weather you can open the French windows out onto the private court-yard making a great entertaining area. A wooden staircase takes you upstairs; the air-conditioned master bedroom can be made up as a twin or king and has its own balcony with views of the Village and compact luxury en-suite bathroom with shower. The second air-conditioned bedroom has an luxury en-suite bathroom with shower looking out onto Signal Hill. The dividing corridor leads to a spiral staircase where you reach the roof deck with seating and sun-lounges to enjoy the great views of the City, Harbour and Signal Hill. All of our Cape Town accommodation in De Waterkant is fully serviced except on public holidays.

It's the weekend, is your squad ready? Don’t just go on a safari and see the Big 5 get the whole experience and camp out at Kruger National Park. Maybe you’ve already stayed at one of the Kruger National Park’s many camps, but have you considered sleeping out in one of their overnight hides? The two hides – Sabie, near Phalaborwa Gate, and Shipandani, near Mopani Camp – are very basic but you’ll have a thrilling African bush experience. The Kruger National Park has accommodation suitable for all budgets, from camping to extreme luxury, but now there’s the wonderful opportunity to camp out in one of the park's overnight hides. Thank you @jessicampesino for the awesome snap. #MeetSouthAfrica #SouthAfrica #thisissouthafrica #exploresouthafrica #Travelgram #wanderlust #travelsouthafrica #safari #KrugerNationalPark #Big5 #CampingSafari
