Visit the beautiful Bo–Kaap area in the #WesternCape and experience the Cape Malay culture! The Cape Malay is an ethnic group of people who arrived in South Africa from 1652 onwards. Their culture is part of South Africa’s heritage & has influenced a wide selection of SA’s culinary delights from spices & hot sauces to the famous pickled fish dish. Plettenberg Bay is one of South Africa’s best-known seaside resorts, famous for its gorgeous white beaches, expansive lagoons, lazy rivers and red sandstone cliffs. It’s also home to the Plettenberg Bay reefs that encircle the bay. Plett can literally be called scuba diving heaven - there's scuba diving for all levels of experience (including kids) on Plettenberg Bay's coral reefs. Seal dives, night dives and shore dives, inside and outside the Bay, will bring you mask to nose with over 100 species of fish. If you're lucky, you may even find yourself among a pod of dolphins.
