Horseback safaris on top Arab horses

Now’s your chance to ride a beautiful Arab or Arab cross when you go on a horseback safari at the exclusive Pakamisa Private Game Lodge in northern KwaZulu-Natal, situated on a high mountain plateau.

Isabella Stepski, internationally renowned breeder of fine Arab horses, brought her whole stud over from Spain in the mid-90s, and has been breeding these gorgeous animals successfully ever since.

She and her staff will choose just the right horse for you – whether you’re a beginner or an expert rider. Then off you go to ride with herds of antelope, wildebeest, giraffe, zebra in a lush valley, across plains encircled by mountains.

There are no predators in this 2 500ha of pristine wilderness, so sit back on your comfortable Western or endurance saddle and enjoy the ride.
