South African Tourism’s Love South Africa page on Google+ recently celebrated a milestone, with its 150 000th like. The wine farm of Simonsig near Stellenbosch, one of the participants in #StellenBlog, offered to demonstrate the Napoleonic technique of sabrage to open a celebratory bottle of bubbly.
