Melanie-Ann is a three-time award-winning environmental journalist and avid greenie with an irrational fear of spiders. She loves South Africa and wouldn’t want to live anywhere else, because 'where else can you find such blue skies, wide open spaces, abundance of flora and fauna and the friendliest people on Earth?'.
Melanie-Ann loves travelling, airports and hotels. She is slowly making her way through as many countries on the African continent as possible, has a black belt in shoe shopping and can usually be found on a beach somewhere when she escapes from the wonderful rat race that is Jozi.
Her greatest aspirations are to learn to surf and race (and win) against Lewis Hamilton in an F1 grand prix.
